SOUL SHOOTING is a unique experience for every person because each of us has a unique Voice– a unique way of seeing through our senses and capturing an experience. There is amazing value in finding your own voice. It is the first step to more soulful shooting. We are so excited to share with you an opportunity to begin that journey; to take your photography to a deeper level, beyond just shooting to document or make pretty pictures. This workshop begins a 3-month process of learning as we together look within and use what we see there to shoot with soul.
What’s included:
- an 8 hour interactive workshop experience
- voice finding exercises and techniques to draw out the soulful shooter within you
- a catered “get to know you” continental breakfast
- a catered full lunch, with beverages available throughout the day
- forum where all your questions about how and why we shoot the way we do will be answered in order to help you find your own voice
- your current work evaluated for feedback on moving forward (optional)
- watch how we shoot a family session get to take some of your own photos of our models
After the workshop:
- a screen capture video of how we choose our images to blog and tell a story
- you and the other attendees will be added to a private Facebook group along with Kellie, Molly, Sarah and Rosina for on-going access to us for questions
- a 3-month project with monthly online assignments (the instructors will also be participating)
